• Football Scouts & Clubs – Your profile, videos, and stats may be visible to verified scouts, clubs, and federations.

6.2 Refund & Cancellation Policy
6.2.1 Tournaments & Showcases
• If you cancel less than 14 days before a tournament or showcase, you will NOT receive a refund.
• If Skouted cancels an event, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
6.2.2 Subscription Plans
• If you cancel a subscription, your access continues until the end of the billing cycle.
• No partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period.
7. Your Rights & Choices
7.1 Access & Update Your Data
• You can review and edit your profile at any time in account settings.
• You may request a copy of your personal data.
7.2 Delete Your Account
• You have the right to request account deletion. Some data may be retained for legal compliance.
7.3 Marketing Preferences
