The Skouted App:
– Our football app is provided for registered users and is intended to be used to connect football players, coaches and teams.
– All registered users must act in good faith and not engage in conduct that is fraudulent, illegal, or otherwise harmful to the reputation of the football app.
Football Trials:
– Our football trials offer a chance for players to showcase their skills to coaches and teams in the football industry.
– By registering for our football trials, you represent that you are physically fit, and able to participate in our football trials without any undue risk to your health.
– All players participating in our football trials must abide by the rules of the event and follow the directions given by event organisers, trainers and coaches.
Refund Policy:
– Refunds will not be issued if a participant withdraws from the event less than one (1) week before the scheduled start date of the event.
– If a refund is issued, a service fee of 10% will be applied to cover costs associated with processing the refund.
Termination:
– We reserve the right to terminate your access to our football app and participation in our football trials without notice if you breach these terms and conditions or engage in conduct that we deem detrimental to the football app or the football trials.
Governing Law:
– These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your country.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. We will let you know via email and/or a prominent notice on our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the “effective date” at the top of this Privacy Policy.
